Spring has Sprung!
Spring has Sprung!
Exciting news everyone! We have released our Summer Shandy! (pictured on the right)
So that makes it official, summer is RIGHT around the corner! I don’t know about all of you, but for the Vermonters out there, I hope we can all agree this sunshine is much needed. Whether it be the birds chirping through your open windows, or the warm sun shining down on your face- everyone has that one or two special moments that spark the summer time vibes. For us at MRB, its sipping on the Summer Shady and our Spring into Summer Wheat Ale.
Summer Shandy is on tap now! This light wheat ale is blended with our house made strawberry lemonade, creating a flavorful brew… Paired well with sand between your toes or in-house, enjoying our Barbeque tacos.
MRB’s own talented baker, Kali Gagne is planning to participate in the Maple Cooking Contest. If you follow us on facebook, (& if you don’t, you should) you know that the pictures of Kali’s desserts are enough to make your mouth water.
Stay tuned for the release of this seasonal brew, Spring Into Summer! We’ve partnered with a St. Mike’s grad who has a talent for painting. We can’t wait to share it with you!
April 26th- 28th
Growing up in Saint Albans, a milestone as we approach summer has always been the St. Albans Maple Fest. This weekend long event has always been an indicator that the nice weather isn’t so far away. Vermont’s long winters make these warm months mean a lot to most of us. With that being said, Mill River Brewing will be at the Maple Beverage Tasting hosted by 14th Star on Saturday, April 27th starting at noon. To get your tickets or learn more go to the facebook page by clicking here.
Use your tickets to taste local VT products using local maple! YUM.
Also on April 27th, from 10am-2pm, other members of our MRB team will be pouring samples at Simon’s. If you aren’t able to attend the festival in St. Albans, this is another great opportunity to explore local beer and ask our knowledgeable staff any questions. We hope to see you there!
